I found their service to be inflexible and does not meet the needs of what an IBM Warranty Authorized partner should be,,, They do not work full weeks. They suggested I find another warranty depot. I have raised concern directly with Lenovo as well.

I have dealt with these people for many years for many different IT issues and have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond.

    This customer demanded that we order a new LCD panel for him without inspecting his existing one. We have protocols and procedures to abide by, both internal and from Lenovo. This customer was very rude and as a result was asked to find another service depot.
