Hi everyone who join this page. I’m one of the student of Gina’s College, Medical Aesthetician program January-September 2024. I would like Thanks very much particularly Cristina Ramirez and Erica Burge who are truly Amazing Teachers and Mentors. As you can understand from my not perfect English writing, English my second language. When I make decision join this College and this program I was very nervous and worried if I will be feet in this program, which I very much passionate about. I was was worried if I be able understand teacher and material as well. I was really amazed how patience teacher’s with each student and they will work with each of us individually if you need, until you will understand material theory or practical. They make me feel very comfortable. I was and still very excited show up for my classes next day. I Really Mean It! The atmosphere at College welcomed and warm and in mean time very professional. I’m very much happy with deep knowledge they teach us here and it’s in very understandable and very interesting way. I definitely feel feet myself at this College and Program. Very much appreciate my Teachers for that as well. Cristina and Erica super supportive and helpful. I would like say those people who have on their mind join Gina’s College or not. From my own fresh experience, absolutely Yes 111%! And if you like me , one of the people first generation immigrant, and have doubts on your mind that it’s College for you , I say again Yes it is! Teachers will show you respect, full understanding, patience and support in getting those Great knowledge and Great Profession. If you like me passionate person for this industry, you can’t look for better College then Gina’s College. Again I would like say Thank you very much Cristina and Erica for being incredible mentors and role models for me. For Extra time and Effort you put in your students. I don’t recommend ever going to this school if you are on the fence. I went for four days and am out thousands of dollars. A bag of supplies, which looks to me like it should be valued around $500, is $1200. And the book around $700. I didn’t understand to begin with so please do your research and break the prices down yourself before going. When I was on the phone confirming the refund amount, the director of operations stepped in to remind me that I won’t have access to online learning. Which I thought was such a ridiculous response, like I would want online learning if I’m not in the program?! The teacher is cold and honestly just stressed me out the whole class. If you have any kind of social anxiety or are on the fence, don’t go to this school. The whole experience has been super disappointing and a cash grab. I recommend going to a public college like Georgian for these programs.
I graduated from Gina's quite some time ago. I think it gave me a great base for my aesthetics career and always supplied me with ongoing education as needed. I also like dealing with Intercosmetics as I find them to be very helpful and accommodating.
I recently graduated in 2016. I think i made a great choice to be a part of this college as i learnt a lot and my knowledge increased day by day . I loved the atmosphere and the compatible teachers specially Mohini very knowledgeable person i met she is my mentor, not only that i learnt about the beauty fashion industry I also learned how to run or own a spa business and i am glad that i am pursuing my long term goals yes its my hard work but without a good team it wont be possible so i give credit of my success to my college and my teachers Erica and Mohini.
