The front desk girl is carrying too much attitude. If you dont like the job the quit but dont ruin someone's day. Please try to learn the basics of customer greetings or customer satisfaction ethics

Completely unacceptable service. I called about a serious issue involving money, and the agent hung up on me mid-sentence. No explanation, no follow-up. This kind of rudeness and negligence is outrageous. If this is how they treat clients, I seriously advise people to look elsewhere. Terrible experience.
The worst service. The lady at front desk , I don’t know the name. But she is so disrespectful. I went there to cash my cheque and i signed my cheque in car coz I was late from my work , she was like it’s pre signed I can’t cash your cheque. I want to ask that Silly lady, what is the difference if I signed in front of you or outside the store. You should respect your old customers. If I am showing you my id, doesn’t make sense if I signed cheque earlier. I don’t know how many time I went there, I never heard this earlier . That it’s their policy, come on…. Just leant how to deal with customers. Thanks.
I made a western union transfer online to be completed at the store when I was gonna read that everything was ok the agent and Indian guy told me that I have to check online not there. Bad customer service. Bad attitude .
