I been dealing with Financing team at Assentt Balbir CPA Firm they been very professional and efficient. They approved my loan within one day , did quick funding . I’m not sure why this place has such high reviews. That’s what fooled me to potentially use their services. The worst service you could ever receive. ?♀️ I wanted to give them Zero stars!! I called a week and half ago inquiring about their service for my business. They kept saying we will call you tomorrow for sure. And they never call. It went on for over a week and they kept saying it’s very busy due to tax season please understand. I said it’s ok but at least tell me if you can’t take on new business so I can look elsewhere. The people at the reception kept on pleading please give us one last chance we will for sure call you back. ( That is the only reason I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt) After one and a half week of daily follow ups that too multiple times a day, I told them if I don’t hear back from them by end of day today, I’m taking my business elsewhere. I understand they have deadlines to meet, but so do I ?♀️ Anyway, CPA Balbir finally called me today, and in the middle of our conversation, he hung up. I called back to ask what happened, his secretary answered and said ‘sorry we can’t move forward’ I asked why? She said we are fully booked and can’t take on new clients. I’m thinking probably because I asked him a complicated question to which they couldn’t respond? Obviously I do not have information on the workings of accounting and that’s why I reached out for CA services. If you can’t answer my questions, just say that it’s never been done before and we are not aware of how that would work. It’s good that I got to see how unprofessional and probably unknowledgeable they are before I would give them my business and waste more of my time and have to deal with their incompetencey?♀️ Do not walk, RUN AWAY!!!! And save yourself your precious time. Edit: So Jasmeet called me as soon as I posted this review “demanding an answer as to how did I post such a review” When I started to explain my experience, she kept talking over me. How unprofessional. And when I said will you let me answer a question that you asked, she started to threaten me that if I don’t take down this review, I will sue you. This is how they harass clients if they don’t agree with them. If I get another call from this firm, I will need to report this harassment.
I am really happy that I found them. They provide efficient tax service. Ms. Raj is really good. She responded promptly to all my questions and queries. The online system was very straight forward and well organized. Everything was really easy, quick and hassle free. Highly recommend.
