They also have a wide variety of Smartphones and iPhones for purchase at highly competitive prices. Also, their technical knowledge is very accurate and helpful. Their phone repairs are reliable and accurate. We have never been misguided by them and have always received correct advice. Best of all is their excellent customer relations every single time we've visited their store. It's always service with a smile from their entire team I would most definitely recommend a visit there for most of your phone issues and needs

Lady working at the booth at Erin mills on Wednesday sep 3rd was extremely rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. Would NOT recommend.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wireless Plus. I spent about $80 on iPhone and iPad accessories, and within a week or so one of the screen protectors they installed developed bubbles. When I went back expecting them to replace it or at least stand behind their product, they didn’t even bother to offer a solution. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was frustrating, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
I’ve purchased a couple of covers for my cell phones here. When I pay cash, they don’t charge me tax. Good deal. Recently I had to have a cell phone battery replaced. Was only charged $65.00. Works great now.
Came in at the last minute, right before he closed. Armaan, the gentleman he is, allowed me to stay past closing to help me buy a phone for my trip. It is currently 9:05, and he is still helping me out. He went above and beyond!
