The biryani was half-cooked, lacked flavor, and honestly not edible. People buy in good faith to contribute and expect at least decent quality in return. This experience was very disappointing, and I sincerely hope the organizers take this feedback seriously and improve the food quality in the future sold in mosque because people buy with good faith to support a good cause.
Worst food ever — and even worse customer service. They can’t stick to their words, promises, or quality. I paid a lot and to this day, over 10 days later, the food is still in my fridge because it’s completely inedible. The biryani was absolutely tasteless and not spicy at all, despite them promising it would be. On top of that, when I told the lady I found a hair in the biryani, her response was: “So what? Don’t you ever find hair in your own food? It’s fine, it happens.” How is that justifiable or professional in any way? The food lacks basic flavour, and the customer service is shockingly rude and dismissive. I will be reporting this business to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Worst tiffin service ever!!! STAY AWAY

Mashallah very Tasty food,authentic Hyderabadi taste..i am so thankful that we have some good people like this who are serving the community with nice food…my intention to try food from Al Hasnath caters is I want to avoid Restaurants food because i not matter what its still commercial and not fresh.. Excellent food and excellent service. Sumptuous cuisine, very similar to what my mom cooks back home. Recommended for everyone, especially for bachelors who miss home cooked food.
