Chef Humberto did an outstanding job catering my daughters Wedding Rehearsal dinner in our backyard. He didn't just do the catering, he took care of every single detail from the furniture rentals and set up, to his wonderful serving team, and even set the most beautiful table with flowers and candles. The whole event was in my backyard and Chef kept all the prep and cooking outside so my house was immaculate. We had 35 guests and everyone RAVED about the food! Chef had 4 sections: Tapas - absolutely incredible, then a chacuterie board which was stunning, followed by 3 types of Paella cooked table side accompanied by 3 salads, then the finale was freshly made churros and a Spanish cheesecake. It goes without saying that the bar was outstanding with a signature Spanish cocktail and the finest beers and tequila. Chef Humberto and team did an outstanding job and made our Dinner very very special. He maintains a big smile and gives lots of hugs when the host is stressed. I can't wait to work with Chef Humberto again. THANK YOU!!!
We hired Paelleros Catering for our live fantasy football draft and they did not disappoint. I ordered the birria tacos and lobster poutine. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their services if you want great food at your event.
Great food. Very professional staff. I hired the food truck for an event they showed up early and asked all the right questions, such as dietary restrictions and provided options for those who had restrictions and gave alternatives. I would happily hire them again.
Ate the Nashville chicken sandwich at the Burlington food truck festival tonight. Very disappointed. The piece of chicken was maybe the size of a tender. There was more batter than chicken. It didn't even cover half the bun. It was burnt and so greasy. There was absolutely no flavour, it was a combo of grease and heat. The best part was the pickles. The food network should be ashamed they have their name attached to this truck.
Chef Humberto catered our party with his gourmet guyz food truck, it was a hit! The food and service was great, all the guests loved it. He even made a tray of churros that I used in place of a cake. He was very communicative/responsive leading up to the day. I would definitely recommend and would go to him for another event in the future! I wish I took other photos of the food but believe me it was very good. Fried chicken a sandwich and Birria tacos were some of the most mentioned by guests.
Chef Humberto and his staff made our wedding a truly spectacular event. Impeccable attention to detail, their interactions with guests really added to the festivities. This wasn’t just catering, this was a whole experience. Our Spaniard guests were raving about the authenticity while the rest were awed by the show of the cooking of a giant paella. We heard “the food was amazing” probably over a hundred times. The serving staff went above and beyond their duties and made the entire event seamless. Could not recommend Paelleros enough.
From the time my Fiancé (at the time) and I met with Chef Humberto at one of his restaurants in Mississauga - Bar Catalina, we knew he was the perfect fit for our wedding catering. He was very calm, professional and served incredible food to us. It was a no brainer to book him and his team. From there, he was awesome to stay in contact and adjust as we needed. He worked with us to create the perfect menu that fit within our theme and budget. He was an absolute hit on our wedding day and we can only try to express our gratitude.
