Bought a new mattress from Fred and I'm so impressed! I'm a 64 year old man who works as a groundskeeper at a golf course for the last 20 years so I have had a strict sleep schedule. For the 1st time in my life I slept in. I woke up to my phone ringing and my boss asking if I'm coming in?!!! I have NEVER had this problem even when I've had a few too many with the boys. Thank you sir you have made my broken sleep nights a no more!!!!
I noticed imperfections in the carpet right after installation. The corners already looked worn out, like it had been there for years. Then, to my surprise, my card was charged before the job was even finished!!!! I called to raise my concerns and just got excuses. Very very disappointing. And don’t bother replying with one of your fake reply.
They will book an appointment, but no one shows up and they don't call. I can't keep taking time off work. Inferior workmanship. If you're looking for a headache, this is the company for you...

Just a short note to thank Fred for the exceptional job your installer did yesterday with our new carpet. The installation is the best we have experienced. With our previous carpet (bought from a big box store) there was a line where the landing and family room carpets joined. The new installation shows no indication of a join anywhere. Your installers were polite, courteous, and diligent (the entire job was completed within 5 hours). They thoroughly vacuumed, and generally cleaned up at the end of the job. The carpet is fantastic, and the underpad is truly premium. Wonderful. If anyone asks where we got our new carpet, we’ll happily refer them to Fred and Ontario Carpet.
Just went in today for the first time and ordered our carpet. Great prices and the service was very friendly. No hidden extra costs. They know their business. Let's hope for a great installation too. Will post about that. But so far I think this is your first choice when buying carpet and flooring.
