I reached out to Luna Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning for massive area rugs. With two kids and two cats they needed some good TLC. Luna Carpet was very responsive, fair in pricing and fast. One stain remained after one cleaning and they insisted on keeping the rug just a little bit longer to make sure it came out. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
Absolutely awesome company!! I had a horrible airbnb guest that left my couches and carpets really dirty and this company was so professional and did any amazing job at saving my furniture and carpets!!!! I'm so pleased and will 100% do business with them again!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Luna Carpet was very professional. They came in to clean carpets and did a good job. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because it was difficult to communicate with the person who came in to do the job as his English was not very good.
I saw the ratings of this organization and I immediately picked up the phone and called them about their services. After agreeing providing the carpets we were going to provide for cleaning services, the pick up and drop off cost, all services included, the total amount we ended up agreeing on over the phone was $375.00. After receiving the email and unexpectedly having the driver come sooner than expected, i saw the invoice with $423.75 - a $48.75 difference. Now to some people that may not seem a lot, or in this case this organization will tell you "no one likes to pay taxes". I say theirs lack of transparency and clearly I came to trust what was discussed on the phone, and later find out the amount I'm being charged for is not what it was going to be. Entrepreneur Kevin O'Leary's mother once said "don't ever disrespect money otherwise you won't have it". Of course I'm not going to use any company's service if that is the kind or remark, and direction you will take to complete a service. Do I think this was intentionally done to make money, I don't know. But I'm going to speak out about this experience. Whether it's a phone bill, or in this case a carpet cleaning service, be transparent with your customers. Do not leave anything off the table otherwise you risk loosing their business. To the Luna Carpet & Upholstery Rug Cleaning company - I wish your team the best and I hope your organization becomes more transparent with customers in the future. I got my carpets back and will seek service elsewhere.
Stay away! Booked an appointment for 330pm- we texted them to follow up around d 350 and no response. Called them a little after 4 and the cleaner said he was just “finishing up” in another city which was half an hour away. We then asked what his eta was and he said “I don’t know” So we said okay we’ll just cancel for now because there was no apology no explanation and couldn’t even provide an ETA. And the guy said “ok” I’m surprised at how many good reviews this place has on google - unrealizable and unprofessional!! The price was too good to be true anyways - you can find much better and reliable places! Stay away!! Zero star
Great service! They were quick and efficient and not overly costly, my couch looks nearly new again. It was covered in stains from my cats and had lost its brightness from years of use. Highly recommended!
