The products they supply they stand behind, top notch quality at reasonable prices, delivered in a timely manner. They have been a driving force in making our company successful.
Put my first order in for delivery. Needed Accoya product so went to them. David Lucas was my Sales Rep. 1) Had to chase them for a quote 2) had to chase them to take order 3) Salesperson- yes sales person, told me he was delayed because inventory was being done received shipment 1 PIECE OF MDF cracked. That's not what angered me- salesperson didnt take or return my call to discuss and remedy a small imperfection. I have not started using the hardwood yet so I don't know how good or bad it is yet. I am thankful its my first interaction and this small-miniscule issue has stopped me from returning- Imagine having a big problem.......
This company is not run by professionals. They will force you to operate unsafe equipment and expect you to work in a toxic environment where you don't have an option to quit voluntarily and peacefully. Shane and this company takes decisions based on their ego. Watch the video the day me and 1 other driver quit when I refused to take unsafe truck and do unsafe work which can be seen in the photos uploaded by one other driver who quit. They aggressively confront you if you decide to quit or refuse to stay in this environment which can be seen in the video uploaded by other driver.
I got a call from this company that they want to hire for az flatbed driver i told them that I have only 2 year experience they said it's OK please come and do the drive test I took off from my work and went and give the test after 2 days they called me and told me your test was good you are hired and after 5 hour's they told back sorry you are not hired which is not acceptable for company like this wasting people's time and emotions I am writing this review because I did not like the way that they treated me very unprofessional..
Minimum order is 150 BF, minimum order for DELIVERY is 200 bf... Kinda frustrating that they can't deliver a $1,500 order. I called ahead of time the morning of to ensure the order would be ready for pick up, and when I arrived I had to wait an hour and a half
