Also has a vast variety of fragrances and bakhoor selection that smells great and the best quality. Yousif the store owner is very helpful and kind would always recommend his store to visit and will always come back.
Marhaba has a vibe of its own. Beautiful fragrances, smooth service, and zero pressure. Their collection stands out and it’s easy to walk out with a scent you really love.
Customer service is unfortunately not the strong suit of this establishment. I think it's important for all customers to understand that this is first and foremost a place of business where profit and margins are paramount over any falsely associated deen-related effects. Personally, I found the markup on items to be higher than from other places, but again, ridgeway has enough customers so its a norm here. My main concern is with the type of customer service rendered. I found a wall piece in the shop near the front with a sticker price of X. Took it to the cash and was then engaged in an awkward and unpleasant convo with the seller about their claim that the sticker price was wrong and its more pricey and how they dont get any money into their pocket etc. The same information could have been transmitted in a friendlier and/or warmer manner. To be fair, the seller did eventually sell at sticker price but, the entire interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. I never knew that buying something religious would feel so bad. But again, peddling islamic items is a business and its about how much money goes into the seller's pocket. Personally, I wont return but for others, the store does carry some good islamic books and decorative pieces that would look good in your home or the homes of others.
The owner, this old brown guy is disgustingly rude and arrogant, he lost a customer, with his very disrespectful tone of voice and the fact that he was yelling at me for no reason.
The store is well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful in guiding you to what you need. A welcoming and reliable Islamic bookstore that I’d highly recommend.
What an amazing store, Allah Hummah Barik. They had amazing customer service, and even provided me with a discount. They have books that are very beneficial. The store is filled with books published by Darussalam, the owner himself is connected with them, and he sells original Darussalam books. I have bought a lot of books from them, and all of them have made me closer to my deen alhumdililah. May Allah bless them, ameen.
I usually don’t write reviews but my experience with this store forced me to do so so that I can save others. They don’t care about their customers, Never going there again. As a Muslim I thought to support our local Muslim store but their attitude is very bad and whenever we’re asking about the price of something he always makes it super high.And there is no return and exchange policy . In Marhaba store I had a very bad experience especially with his arrogant attitude.
