We visited Glitter Pet Supplies today to buy a cage for our Quaker parrot and had a wonderful experience. The person who helped us was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all and never even asked for a review. He took his time to explain everything clearly, and we had a great conversation about bird care. It really felt like he cared more about helping than just making a sale. We finally bought a new cage for her and are very happy with it. Highly recommend this place!
I have been a regular customer for the past 4 years. Toys, cages, food, medicines, treats all available here for your parrots. Owner is great and always brings new products to his store for us to try. He is very close by and right off the highway so getting there is very convenient. He carries all the good brands available that is not generally available at your local pet store. Thank you Matt for your top notch customer service and products.

I don't recommend this store to anyone. Terrible experience with damaged goods and unhelpful customer service. The cage I got had botched welding that made the bar spacing a safety hazard in some places and the company basically told me to not expect quality from them and to stop living in a dream
Purchased a bird cage that I was looking everywhere for! Man that helped me out was super nice and offered to carry the box out to my car. Looked like there was a nice selection of toys/accessories as well that I don't typically see at pet stores. Would definitely purchase from here again!
The store itself looks small, but it has a solid selection and great prices. Service is excellent: friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back again in the future, would recommend!
