Excellent Service. Excellent Choices. We visited the store and met Ash. He's very professional and easy to deal with. We chose a mattress but we didn't buy it initially. However, later on that day, we called him to confirm. He didn't ask for down payment. He just took our shipping address and promised delivery within 1 to 2 weeks. Exactly, one week later, he delivered the mattress by himself and took the older one for recycling. We very much appreciate this service. Nine Clouds is highly recommend store to buy your next mattress.

Had an amazing whole service experience. It started with Bill being responsive to my inquiry, setting up a private appointment due to Covid-19 and being professional and understanding dealing with us in the showroom. It was completed when Ashley did an excellent job on the install. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He installation was quick, unobtrusive and clean. He took the time to walk us through the features and was on his way. A+ from beginning to end.

The staff is amazing. I purchased a latex mattress and adjustable base.The mattress I chose turned out to be to hard. Bill went out of his way to solve the problem for me. Called on Saturday, had bed delivered Tuesday morning sharp.( our first availability ). They delivered & assembled the bed and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Excellent Service, Highly Recommended !!!
