I’m so appalled as this was my fourth visit here. Posting this review is honestly really hard as I trusted them and loved the owner. My first encounter was with a friend who recommended their services as the older lady did a phenomenal job on her highlights. The second time was with my sister who did her eyebrows and shaped them perfectly. My third time was with the sweet older lady who did my eyebrows and did absolutely PHENOMENAL in her work and was so gentle and kind with me. My last visit was getting my eyebrows threaded and my chin as well. The younger teenage girl (4 months into the business) was very sweet and understood my needs. However, mid way through the eyebrow threading- she became a lot more aggressive with the thread and the techniques as the thread kept snapping in half multiple times. She had to replace it 3-4 times. I was in a lot of pain but just pushed through it for the sake of not being rude. What made me even more upset was how rough she was on my upper lip and chin areas. I surprisingly pushed through and while all the hair was gone, I was left with open small dot lesions that kept bleeding on my way out. I had to use their restroom and wash my face- which btw the warm water on the 3rd floor does not help whatsoever?! I had to walk home afterwards with a stack of napkins that were covering my face and it honestly felt so dehumanizing. I’m just so extremely shocked as I truly loved this place and trusted the sweet owner but my latest experience was nothing short of disheartening. It’s been a couple of days since my visit and my face still burns and I now have small little cuts which are affecting my overall appearance, I honestly feel like shit and I won’t be visiting again. I’m considering to seek a professionals opinion as I’ve never had this done to my face before. Unfortunately the threading service caused significant skin damage and bleeding. I hope the technique and training can be improved to prevent this from happening to others. :(

Hetal at the Salon is very experienced and super nice. The other staff though are very rude and they insult their customers on their face, but I stayed only because of Hetal and I would go again only when Hetal is available.
Very nice, reasonable price, good and polite behavior and they would listen to your requirements and act accordingly. I get men's haircut from this place & it's highly appreciated. Recently I visited someone called Kavitha. She is great in her work. Highly skilled. Truly a star resource and recommended.
Hetal is my go to lady for eyebrows. Been going to this place for years and i highly recommend it. Great service. Great place. Perfect eyebrows. One happy customer.
