Had a pleasant experience having a haircut, wash and style with Lia! I scheduled on the Fresha app. I had no idea which stylist to choose and luckily I ended up with Lia! She has great communication, she makes great styling and look suggestions to help you get the overall look you want. The store is very inviting and the products used are of great quality! I would definitely book again with Lia!
This place is amazing! I got a beautiful haircut by Lia. I love the fact that she knew exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job! This is definitely a hijab friendly place too. I did discuss over the phone with them that I wear a hijab and they were extremely understanding and made sure the curtains were drawn, they also booked no male clients or any deliveries to come in that day. I absolutely LOVE the fact how they respected this ? ? definitely this is my favorite place now Thank you!
I got my hair dyed from Gerry a while ago and had a groupon with me for cut and color which was $150. even though i was happy with the color at the time (even if it was a few shades lighter than what i wanted) the price was insane. I paid an additional $600 for olaplex treatment and i dont know what else. I still thought its fine because my hair would feel good and be treated properly. not long after that it was so hard to brush it and my hair felt like a cheap wig. ive been dying my hair for years before this and never had it as fried as it was after this time. i have since spend hundreds on olaplex products and treatments to fix the quality but it is still horrible. it feels like straws on my head and i have big bunches of hair loss every time after i brush it or shower. horrible experience i dont recommend at all. so far $750+ spent for $50 quality. this was supposed to be a bday present to myself and now im left with brittle hay strands on my head and SO much money down the drain. Save your money and just use box dye. EDIT: I did have a groupon that I purchased during covid that I used and Gerry took the code from me I don't know why I would lie about that. Also I am in the system since I got a cut and color from you not too long ago. Again not sure why I would lie and write a review somewhere I didn't receive service.
I had Lia as my hair stylist and I’m extremely disappointed. Giving this zero stars!! I asked for a brown balayage and it turned orange within 2 weeks!!! Also the balayage was NOT blended properly and it just looks horrible. I paid $600 for this service and it looks like a 50$ service…… you should really be informing your clients beforehand that their hair is going to be turning orange in 2 weeks if they are paying this much money. I’ve went to different salons and never had an issue but this is by far the worst hair experience ever. I do not recommend.
Inexperienced Stylist who did horrible job! I showed a picture to the stylist and he must have not seen the photo properly. The weed pen in his pocket and the constant "breaks" could have also been the culprit as well. Very unprofessional business with an owner that is very stubborn to help the customer
This is the first salon that I have committed to, and I’m not an easy client. I started with this salon about 6 years ago with Jess and have had no desire to look anywhere else. I love my hair every time, and I change my hair a lot. I’ve been brunette, I’ve been blonde, I’ve been long , short, extensions... ... I’m one of those client who goes in with “ I need change “ almost every 8 months and I cannot say enough about Jess and her ability to make this happen and keep it interesting, keep it fresh, keep it new and on trend. I look forward to my time at the salon, she makes me feel not like a client but a friend. And she cares, she cares how I feel. She understands there those of us who depend on our hair to compliment our look. If your looking for a stylist, and I do not use that word loosely... ask for Jess.
