We had a wonderful experience here today from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My daughter came in with a vision and a couple of inspo pics and Bronwyn delivered! She's so happy with her new cut and learned some ways to style it. We'll definitely be returning again!
I gifted a mani pedi to my girlfriend as well as a facial and she was beyond satisfied with their service and care. Julia did a fantastic job and was very detail oriented on her nails as well as her pedicure, she went above and beyond! I would recommend this to any guy looking to gift his girlfriend something special, especially with Juilia.
The service is excellent but I’m only giving 3 because of the price. There is too many hidden charges like if you go for hair colour then they charge you extra 50$ over and above the hair colour charges for washing and drying your hair. The other salons I have visited do not have this policy, the price includes the hair wash and drying along with the hair colour. So bit disappointed.
I recently visited Nardini Salon for baby lights and a haircut, but the experience was a disaster. Despite my hair being in good condition, the hairdresser was rough during the washing process, causing excessive knotting and tangling. I had warned her about my hair's fragility because it is naturally thin, but she failed to take the necessary precautions. The result was a tangled mess that took hours to untangle, with a significant amount of hair lost (estimated 25%) and severe neck and scalp pain. They refund me the “hair cut” that it was actually just trimming the ends, but they didn’t refund the whole experience. When I shared my concerns with the salon, they acknowledged the mistakes but seemed more interested in blaming my hair's condition than taking responsibility for their errors. This response, combined with the poor handling of the situation, has led me to lose trust and confidence in the salon. What's even more concerning is that I found a similar review from Cadalina Lavallee just three weeks ago, detailing her own experience of poor listening and disregard for her specific hair requests. It's clear that the salon has a pattern of ignoring clients' needs, leading to damaging and disappointing experiences.
This was the first massage I’ve ever had and considering the chronic hip and back pain I live with,I was a little nervous.Mirek the RMT put me at ease and explained everything he was going to do and why-he really helped me to understand the process and the benefits. He was mindful of the extreme pain points and was gentler in those areas then I expect he would have been otherwise. I am very pleased and will definitely be back to see him.
I’ve been coming to Nardinis since 2003 and have enjoyed ever visit! Fil, Greta, Jen, Tony, and all the staff past and present makes each experience memorable. Thanks for all you do!
In response to Sue D'Angelo. are you sure you were actually at Nardini's?? they are nothing but professional. I have had my hair done there for many, many years and some of the other services as well, including color. I have seen many blonds in having their color done, they seemed pretty satisfied to me and their hair looked great! Only once did I have the slightest issue with my hair, they promptly made it right ✅. They truly demonstrate care for their clients which is real and sincere. I don't stay where I am not happy and I for sure have no intention of going anywhere else for my hair or spa services. Tony and his team are absolutely the best, top notch!
