I booked an appointment and showed up on time, but ended up waiting 45 minutes with no update, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff. Only when I mentioned I had a dinner reservation did they suddenly offer to start my service with a different technician. Why wasn’t this offered earlier? Why book appointments at all if you’re not going to honor them? This felt incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I walked out, and I won’t be back. There are plenty of salons in the area that respect their clients’ time — this clearly isn’t one of them.
First time going there for mani and pedi. They did a pretty good job, however I left with a terrible headache. The 4 salon workers were chatting so loud all across the salon in their language. I was coming for some downtime and relaxing, but nonstop loud chatter amongst themselves gave me a migraine. When you give a service to a client, you shouldn’t be chatting to each other. You should be tending to the client and ensuring they have a nice relaxing experience. Won’t be coming back.
I got Thyra as my nail technician and she was the best, she gave me exactly what i wanted and knew the vibe i was going for, very cheap and not harmful at all, she is available Wednesday to Saturday.
I've been going to this location Central Parkway and Burnhamthorpe Rd.(Inside the Central Parkway Mall) for a couple of times. At first the service is good. They pay attention to your needs and do some lotion, warm towel and a little bit of massage on your legs and hands. The last time I went no warm towel or even a massage. And they charge you extra for a minimum message with a pink lotion. It's very disappointing. I hope they know to keep the customer coming back, is the consistency of little things like warm towel, lotion and massage very important. Because, I go to feel relax not rush. Don't even deserve a 1 for points.
I just had my first experience in this salon and it’s amazing. I got a shellac manicure that’s absolutely stunning. Sandy is very nice and welcoming and she did an amazing job with my nails.
Horrible! I went in and asked for nails Art and who was the best. They advised me Amy could and come back in 1hr to have a person do my nails. She removed her art a very basic design 3 times and did NOT know how to do basic design even asking if she new how ahead of time. Ask to speak to manager to explain. She did not understand than told me finishing my toes and not my hands and rest of services. Very displeased as I have been here many times but always with Lynn who has baby. Never again the manager was very unprofessional and NO customer service. Do NOT Go
The ladies here are phenomenal! They are always so welcoming and attentive. I speak vietnamese and I’ve never heard them speak bad about anybody. If anything I only hear them complimenting clients in vietnamese and speaking very nicely about them. They do a great job! Would 10/10 recommend
