I’ve been going to Raad since he opened and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s super friendly, always on time, and goes out of his way to fit me in when I need a cut.
Best place to get a hair cut! Nice people! Well respected! And very friendly! As appointment they are very professional, on time! Amazing service! Very professional, friendly, and they really take their time to make sure you’re happy with the results! Raad! Is the guy that you can ask for and you will never be disappointed!
Would not recommend if you want to be respected and treated equally. One of the guys that is just money hungry, has barely any people skills and the guy deliberately messed my appointment because I didn't want haircut, beard and face wax combo but just wax! ?? I had two people in the car with me when he confirmed my appointment and when I get there, he goes: I'm not a liar, man. (With a childish smirk) Sure, you're not a liar, we 3 are!! Why I believe this was deliberate? 1. The change in the tone when he went: so, 3:30, haircut, right? To which, I said: no, just wax. - He had already confirmed time but he made a futile attempt to get out of it and then said, yeah, 3:30 is the only available time. 2. As soon as I stepped into the salon, he sees me and goes: your appointment is at 4:30. - I had not said a word before that and they way he said that wasn't very convincing. 3. To which I replied: it was 3:30 for sure. Without missing a heartbeat he replied: I'm not a liar! ?? - It was like seeing a highschool play, prepped to go! I'm not surprised that there's only over 200 reviews for a place that's at the forefront of Ridgeway plaza for years; don't know how many are genuine. There are places that charge under $20 for a haircut, do it right without having run in circles just to explain what is needed, treat you well and you don't need to succumb to adjusting. Just saying...
BEST BARBERS IN TOWN. Owners Raad and Mo are super friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here since they opened their doors and have referred so many others since. Best haircuts in my life have been at Barber’s Voice.
Distracted barbers - paying very little attention to what they’re supposed to be doing. Barely used scissors for less than a minute - it was all machine haircut…
1st visit here was great. It was late on a weekday, like close to 10pm. Walked in and 2 barbers were ready and willing to cut my hair. Was in and out in 10 mins. Great cut. Told my stepdad and friends in the area about them.. The next time I came in, I was turned away because they were "closed"...mind you the door was unlocked and open sign lit and their hours of operation on Google said they were open. And a few customers hanging around with 1 actually getting a cut. Decided to give them another chance so after a couple months, tried them again. once again.. turned away because they were closed. With unlocked door and customer still being cut. Yeah they're not interested in retaining my business. I mean I already have short hair, always wear baseball cap.. The most inept barber would take literally 10 minutes to give me a trim... Absolutely nothing complex about my hair.. would have taken them all of 5 minutes, but just not willing to spend that extra time and would rather send me to a competitor. Brilliant business acumen with these jokers.
Raad is the most professional barber, I’ve been dealing with him for a long time and he always makes sure that I look great and satisfied before I leave the shop. Highly recommended Raad and his colleagues! ??
