Laura has been absolutely incredible.. with the last minute ask to get balloons arrangement for my daughter’s birthday turned out to be MAGNIFICENT ! Arrangement was put together with lots of care and she even printed my daughters Name on it .. she kept me updated on her arrival and as many of the comments state - her customer service is 100 out of 10 .. Laura came highly recommended from a few friends when I was searching for a particular balloon and style, for my dad’s 70th birthday. Not only did I get a quick reply back, Laura went above and beyond to design and create the perfect arrangement for me the same day! Her ideas exceeded what I had in mind and the creation was perfection. Bonus points that she is a genuinely kind person and pickup, with the interaction was warm and lovely. I reached out to Piccolo Parties for balloon decor for an event at my workplace. Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with. She immediately understood our vision and worked with me to help us achieve our "look." She sent inspiration photos and was extremely responsive morning and night. It was a bit of a last minute request, but she handled it as if it was no issue. Delivery was prompt and the baloons looked great!
