I am regular shopper at mccalls. I buy my all cake dummies and most ingredients from them but come on PROVIDE BAGS (even charged) so we can transport our stuff. Instead cashier asked me to use those tiny boxes they put aside. Was she serious? My dummies are bigger than those tiny boxes..
They really need to have a washroom for costumers, a lot of people shop here from a long distance. This small thing actually maters and it will stops people from coming to this place eventually

Mccalls is like the ultimate store for baker's and cake decorators. It has a variety of stuff, good quality, reasonably priced. I always get what I'm looking for, and the staff is very approachable. I'm new to Canada, and visiting Mccalls make me feel confident.

Nowhere on their website does it mention kids under 12 are not permitted entry, yet we drove 40mins to get here with one kid under 12 and were denied in. Absolutely absurd and discriminatory! I can understand covid restrictions but what's to say all adult customers follow covid protocols and are vaxxed?! Unbelievable...
