Of the badminton courts in mississauga, this is the more friendlier place to visit. Their service and staff is excellent. Probably the number one reason to go here. Their hours are amazing If you don't book a court but want to drop in, it works out really good. You get play with a lot of people and join the community. They have loads of programs and options for all skill levels. Their facility is well maintained and properly ventilated and heated unlike so many other courts that just don't do heating in the winters or cooling in the summers.

Competition day, sure, we understand it’s busy and crowded. But maybe the volunteers (or whoever was picked to manage sign in/out) could be… better chosen? Yelling at people for literally no reason, just because a door was opened—really? Newsflash: no one’s trying to sabotage your precious door. Players are constantly going in and out, and yet parents standing quietly outside somehow get treated like criminals. Spoiler: it wasn’t even the parents opening the door, it was the athletes. Perhaps next time the volunteer could be, I don’t know, slightly more educated, a little more composed, and stop yelling at innocent people who are literally just existing. “Parents! I should not say this one more time the door should be closed…” yea yea tell your players not to open the door not us hahaha(plus:If yelling at innocent people for existing is a job requirement, congrats, this volunteer deserves a promotion. Truly an inspiration.)

I used to come here regularly with friends, but we stopped because of the extremely poor customer service. The receptionist was cold, rude, and even yelled at us for being on the court — despite the fact that we had paid and reserved that time slot. The group before us had gone over their booking, so we stepped onto the court to let them know their time was up. Instead of addressing the situation fairly, the receptionist ignored the fact that they were over their time and sided with them when they complained about us kindly asking them to allow us onto the court. How are we supposed to let someone know their time is up without stepping onto the court? This was a terrible experience and a clear sign that the receptionist needs training in basic manners and customer service. We will not be returning. There are much better courts with staff who actually know how to speak to others with empathy.

I recently experienced a serious incident while playing on court number 1, the leftmost court upon entry. The court surface was excessively slippery, resulting in a fall. During the fall, I sustained severe injuries to my head and shoulder after impacting an unpadded pillar and a loose chair located near the court. I am currently experiencing very limited arm mobility. I requested access to the CCTV footage of the incident for documentation purposes. The employee present informed me that the manager was unavailable and to get back to them in 3 days!! I intend to update this review as the establishment addresses this matter. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns regarding the safety of the facility. I strongly advise caution when considering this location.

Playing for 3 years here every weekend for 2 hours and whenever can make time on weekdays. Love the place for its proximity to where I live. The new front desk desk they have is awesome to work with. My only gripe is that their mats have been severe disrepair state for the last 2 out of 3 years but no signs of them being changed. New mats are rolled up and have been lying around for over 2 years! But taping up the old torn ones is the way to save money here. Often the trainings take up a good number of courts where paying members can’t even have enough courts to play because trainings on all 5 out of 8 courts! 2 more courts are opening up very close in June 2024. Lees needs to step up or loose customers. In absence of a good alternative at this moment, it is still the only place I play at.

This facility is getting better to worst as the receptionist not so quick with their formalities/activities and the lady at the reception is so RUDE. The courts are bumpy and not maintained regularly the center structure columns are not safe if you slipped (protection rubbers are missing) they gotta make sure to respect the customers as they pay to play.

I tried calling ahead to see if they had space available, but all three times customer service hung up on me without hearing my question. Would not recommend.

It is nothing related to Lee’s Mississauga. This provincial C juniors tournament is run by Badminton Ontario. Next time if you have any complain or problems, please notify the draw desk official right away.
