Tried to give south campus after having an very subpar experience at north campus. Same story here, very rude staff. I was just inquiring about classes/drop-ins and they acted as if I was trying to take the institution down. Done with Su Badminton as whole, owners need to take feedback seriously
Well maintained, professional coach’s around, nearly placed courts, professional way of handling us, polite, kind and provides suggestion based on our level in the sport.
My experience of playing at Su Badminton has been reasonably good. I never found the place to be dirty. The staff can definitely improve on their customer handling skills as is correctly mentioned in some of the other reviews.
We had a less than ideal experience with SU Badminton. The management seemed a bit disorganized, and it was often unclear who to speak with when we had questions or concerns. Some coaches arrived late to class, and when my child needed to miss a session due to personal reasons, there was no option for a makeup class. Unfortunately, we felt the focus was more on payment than on student experience. The front desk staff were polite but repeatedly said they didn’t have the authority to help. Given the high fees, we had hoped for a more supportive and structured environment. We’ve decided not to continue.
My experience was disappointing. The customer service management was disorganized and unhelpful. The charges did not align with the agreement made over the phone. When my child fell ill and we requested a postponement, they only granted a one-week extension based on a unilateral policy that we were not informed of in a timely manner. This showed a lack of compassion and flexibility. They also seem indifferent to feedback, including Google reviews, and appear to focus solely on payment rather than customer satisfaction.It's like a garbage station. Very nice place to play badminton indoors, total 9 courts available, also they provide training classes which you can register. Easy to book courts over phone
Good place to book your badminton sessions. My child has been enrolled here for the past 3 seasons. Some teachers are really good and some are the worst. With dedication, this place can be a boon for your child's sports career.
