Poor service. Offered a reasonable quote, asked for a day or so to think on it. Called back and referenced quote to arrange drop off. When we arrived we’re told that 'things had changed' and were offered $500 less than quote. When challenged the staff member was rude. Walked away.
Just a bad experience. The guy behind the glass was rude and made it seem like I was doing him a favour. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Never again.
great place and great staff if they dont have your part they can look it up in the system for anything available in ontario thanks for the parts for my 02 Escape
Carefull when getting quotes as they WILL change the price on the item quoted. I had originally called 1 month ago and was told one price for a specific part. I called back again ready to buy more parts on top of the original quoted part from 1 month ago but now was told a different price for the same part. Since they won't honor the original price quoted (which is a 5 dollar difference), I feel it's best to take my business elsewhere.
Not very helpful. Possibly useful for people who know exactly the part they want, but he didn't want to help me out to determine if what he had in stock would fit my car. Other wreckers I have been to have been great at suggesting options and ideas to either upgrade or save money. These old guys just want to punch in part numbers into their computer and don't seem to know their inventory otherwise.
Most arrogant, always were, they stopped the yard picking and now the arrogants in 2 fold. I go to Hamilton and spend less. and get talked to like a person.
