The real estate agent was suggesting this lawyer for us and since I didn't have time to find another lawyer to complete our property purchase, i had to deal with him. He has a very strange personality, talks about irrelevant things, gives uncomprehensive statements, does not explain the practical steps for a normal pathway or in case we are expecting some issues ahead. Simply he was asking to sign the paperwork to get his fees on the top of everything. He is not up to the point because he doesn't know how things can go then and also because he doesn't want to help with that. He throws everything on us to deal and didn't give any practical answers to our questions and concerns. Finally he charges one and half what others do. I don't recommend him .
