We've been to a few different aquarium stores over the last few weeks and this is now our favorite store. Staff were knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what we were looking for. Ethel, Lucy and Ricky are loving their new homes!
Excellent place to get ready-to-use salt water and a wide variety of healthy corals. The owner really knows what he is doing: he explains everything patiently, recommends what your aquarium needs and always has good quality products. I bought corals and water for my tank and everything arrived in perfect condition, the corals adapted quickly and look amazing. In addition, the prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. I will definitely buy again and I recommend it 100% for anyone who wants to start or maintain a marine aquarium.
I went in earlier today. I am completely new to this hobby and don’t know much other than the research I have done online. A gentleman by the name of Abdul greeted my friend and I. We had a few questions for him and he broke down every single detail on how to get started. The amount of patience Abdul had and the amount of passion he had for these fishes was out of this world. I highly recommend this place. He is very honest and transparent and doesn’t brush you off like other stores, especially when you’re new to the hobby.

Disappointed with the support I got for an injured manits shrimp during shipping. Animal arrived alive but very lethargic and in bad shape. After addition to my aqurium it died. I requested a DOA due to how the animal arrived. I was informed that the animal was very healthy before which I do beileve was true but not the reason I submitted the DOA as I think it was shipping related and was told "water chemistry is what counts and they have no control over that", so my request was denied leaving me out $210. I also informed them I checked all my tank parameters and I know this tanks water quailty was perfect. This tank was running for over a couple months before I added this mantis shrimp so I'm confident the water chemistry was fine. I have also added a mantis shrimp shortly after the death of the one I received and it survived. I would not recommend ordering livestock from this store, they will not support you if things go sideways during shipping. Instead they will offer a 25% discount on future orders so you can spend more money on livestock at their store which may or may not arrive in good condition. The risk is fully on the customer keep that in mind.
I have visited exotic aquarium world regularly since the opening and I am never disappointed! There is always a great variety of fish, corals and invertebrates from the more affordable, common species to the very high end hard to find ones. In our conversations before purchasing any livestock, I have always received great advices and never felt that anything was pushed on me. In fact, I can say I was guided in the right direction a few times and it saved me a lot of troubles. I highly recommend visiting exotic aquarium world.
