It is ILLEGAL in Canada to not accept cash. If I had the time to waste - would report the business appropriately. Anyway, you will not get a “Home Depot” experience here - the employees treat you like they are YOUR BOSS - curt and abrupt. They have the parts though - so we have to bend over until we get a competing business that takes them out.
In this branch, there is an extremely rude salesperson who is absolutely not customer-oriented, and when I told him that I am not going to buy anything from them again, he just said, ‘I don’t care.’ It’s better to buy in Reliable Parts or Marcone
Great service and very knowledgeable. Was a bit pricey on certain things compared to Amazon, but if you need the party the next day they had it. Could've saved $100 waiting for a couple days on a $280 motor thru Amazon but the winter cold had other plans not having a working furnace.
Had a furnace break down today, I needed a hard to get part quickly, I checked online they had 1 in stock, rushed over to the store, with fast, friendly service I was out of there in a matter of minutes with a part that could have taken up to a week if I ordered anywhere else. Great store, Great service! Highly recommend!
Ordered a part online on Apr 15. It has still not arrived at my place . They charged for expedited delivery and it is already over 10 days . I understand the delays due to covid 19. Still one would expect better customer service . Called their customer support to inquire , but the call was rudely disconnected. Email has not been responded. Unfortunately, I am left with no option but to give them 1 star rating and will not recommend dealing with them .
