Rana CPA has handled my income taxes for the past several years, and they’ve always done an excellent job. Their team is professional, efficient, and treats clients with great respect. They are not professional accountants but professional liars. They say they applied the tax but they just get the money and don’t do it. We faced big time trouble. Never suggesting to go there.
I had Worst experience with them. Literally they are not trustworthy. I went there for my tax filing last year … first they charge their filing fees and for 4 months I didn’t get even $1. I went there in July and told the scenario. One of girls working there charge another $75 and said we have another benefits and we will send your letter to tax agency. I was an international student and it’s my first time filing tax. After $75 I get nothing then in October I call tax agency resolve the issue by my own and started getting money in November. Literally don’t go to them if you are new here.
