Had a wonderful experience today selecting the perfect Oakberry acai bowl with the lovely lady behind the counter! She was patient with explaining the menu and helping assist with the plethora of options. She even suggested an insulated bag to keep the acai bowl fresh.
Super pricey. Other than that, the food is amazing, tasty and healthy. If I could have this everyday I would I had the crunchy açai bowl and it was a solid 10/10
This is my go-to for a sweet and healthy treat. Always so fresh and delicious. I wish they had more than one person working — especially during peak hours on weekends. There’s one gentleman who always ends up working when I’m there and he is always RAMMED! I feel so bad. Please consider scheduling so your employees don’t feel pressured and your customers don’t have to wait so long.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered the largest size and they gave me the smallest for the acai bowl. I ordered the iced blue matcha latte and got only matcha. I paid quite a bit of money and they couldn't get the order right. They also always give you less than you ordered.
Ordered through Uber eats because I was sick, ordered the largest option, it didn't even have strawberry's and honey that I placed the order for... Whats the point of allowing customers to add any amount of toppings they want when you're not going to give them what they ordered. The acai bowl was good, but very pricey...
First time visiting Oakberry and it was awesome. Lots of menu options and great customer service from Eshal. She walked me through the menu answering all of my questions and helped me decide what the best drink was for my taste. Her service was quick and efficient and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend and definitely revisiting in the future!
The place suddenly became so packed once I arrived and there was only worker yesterday but he handled the rush so well!! Great service and patient with everyone and he didn’t sacrifice the quality of the bowls or drinks! The strawberry matcha was great!
